我想，尽管很多球队已身经百战，但知道篮球比赛礼仪的队员应该是不多的... 贯彻比赛的礼仪，不仅是一名球员，一支队伍参赛素质的体现，也是一场比赛，一场活动举办的专业程度的体现。ADRIANA 一直提倡每一支球队在实战中学习比赛礼仪，并以实际行动将比赛礼仪贯彻始终。不要停止妳的学习欲望，让我们一起从比赛的点点滴滴开始，一起学习篮球文化，一起学习比赛礼仪！

I guess most of us may not know the game etiquette although most of us have had so many games before... Knowing the rules of the game is not enough, we should learn the court etiquette as well. This does not only show the team spirit of the players and participating teams, but also shows the level of professionalism of the tournament or league. Adriana always calls for every player to learn about this during the games, and also earnestly practise what she advocates by her actions. Never lose the desire to learn. Let’s familiarize ourselves with the basketball culture together.

基本礼仪

Basic Etiquette

01

赛程表中队名列前的球队（主队）应穿浅色比赛服（最好白色），赛程表中队名列后的球队（客队）应穿深色比赛服。如“A1-A2”，主队A1穿浅色比赛服，客队A2穿深色比赛服。但如果两支球队同意，双方可以互换比赛服颜色。

The first team named in the schedule (home team) shall wear light-coloured jerseys (preferably white), the second team named in the schedule (visiting team) shall wear dark-coloured jerseys. Eg: for the game between A1-A2, home team A1 shall wear light-coloured jerseys, visiting team A2 shall wear dark-coloured jerseys. However, if the two teams agree, they may interchange the colours of the jerseys.

对所有的比赛，在赛程表中队名列前的球队（主队）应拥有记录台（面对比赛场地）左侧的球队席和本方球篮。在赛程表队名列后的球队 （客队）应拥有记录台（面对比赛场地）右侧的球队席和本方球篮。

For all the games, the first team named in the schedule (home team) shall have the team bench and its own basket on the left side of the scorer’s table, facing the playing court. The second team named in the schedule (visiting team) shall have the team bench and its own basket on the right side of the scorer’s table, facing the playing court.

对所有的比赛，球队防守本方球篮，进攻对方球篮。按照国际篮联规则，全场比赛分为4节，每节10分钟。 在第1节和第3节前，球队有权在对方球篮所在的半场热身。如：第1节前，球队在球队席另一侧的半场热身。 但在第3节和第4节，球队应交换球篮，则与球队席同侧的球篮是对方球篮，球队有权在对方球篮的半场热身。如：第3节前，球队应在球队席同侧的半场热身。

For all the games, both teams shall defend its own basket and play against the opponent’s basket. According to FIBA rules, an official game consists of 4 periods, with 10 minutes per period. Before the first and third periods, teams are entitled to warm-up in the half of the playing court in which their opponents’ basket is located. Eg: teams warm-up at the court opposite to the team bench before the first period. However, teams shall exchange baskets for the second half. Then the basket facing the team bench is the opponent’s basket, and teams are entitled to warm-up in the half of the playing court in which their opponents’ basket is located. Eg: teams shall warm-up on the half-court in front of their team bench before the third period.

只有主教练或领队有权请求暂停。他/她应清楚地向记录员要求暂停，并用手做出正确的暂停手势。

Only the coach or team manager has the right to request a time-out. He/She shall go to the scorer’s table, and ask clearly for a time-out, making the proper conventional sign with his or her hands.

只有替补队员有权请求替换。她应到记录台清楚地要求替换，用双手做出常规手势或者坐在替换的椅子上。她必须立即做好比赛的准备。

Only a substitute player has the right to request a substitution. She shall go to the scorer’s table and ask clearly for a substitution, making the conventional sign with her hands, or sit on the substitution chair. She must be ready to play immediately.

比赛期间只允许主教练或领队其中一个人在球队席区域内保持站立，场下队员及球队随队人员必须保持坐着。

Either the head coach or the team manager, but only one of them at any given time, is permitted to remain standing during the game. Other players off-the court and team followers shall remain seated during the game.

主教练或领队可在比赛期间去记录台以获得统计资料，但是只能在球成死球和比赛计时钟停止时。

The head coach or the team manager may go to the scorer’s table during the game to obtain statistical information only when the ball becomes dead, and the game clock is stopped.

05

主教练或领队可以在比赛期间礼貌地与裁判员交流以获取信息，但是只能在球成死球和比赛计时钟停止时。

The head coach or the team manager may communicate in a courteous manner with the officials during the game to obtain information only when the ball becomes dead, and the game clock is stopped.

实现 Achieve

01

请在上场之前把身上的首饰（耳环、耳钉、首饰、项链等物品）摘掉，并且确保指甲已剪，预防伤到自己和她人。

Please take off all accessories (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc) before play. Please ensure you have cut your fingernails to avoid hurting yourself and others.

02

开场握手“多多指教”。不管比赛如何激烈，发生过什么摩擦，结束时“感谢赐教”的击掌给比赛一个漂亮的收尾。

Shake hands at the beginning of game. No matter how intense the game will be, no matter how the game goes, say “Thank you” and a friendly hand shake at the end will make a beautiful ending to the game.

03

比赛期间队友或对方球员摔倒或受伤时，及时给与扶持。

When a teammate or opponent falls or gets injured during the game, please give them a hand and support one another.

04

尊重对手，尊重裁判，尊重所有与比赛相关的人员。(任何比赛都不可避免可能会出现争议，不可当场围攻或大声指责，谩骂裁判或运动员或相关人员，影响比赛进程，如果确定有必要，可按规章流程提出抗议或申诉。)

Respect the opponents, referees, and every one of the members involved in the game. (Disagreements are inevitable in any game. Any behaviours that are threatening or disrespectful to the officials, athletes, and anyone involved are not allowed. If necessary, protests and appeals are accepted according to the regulations and rules of the tournament or league.)

请保管好随身物品，比赛结束离开前请检查好是否有遗漏任何物品。

Please take care of your personal belongings and ensure you do not leave your things around without notice after the game.

ADRIANA希望创造一个健康及良好的打球环境，为热爱篮球的妳们长期持续性地组织篮球比赛和活动。
ADRIANA would like to create a healthy, and great playing (basketball) environment for all. We hope to continue organising basketball events for you (who love basketball) long term.
但篮球是一项竞技体育，每一场球都会有胜负的队伍。篮球这个集体项目不单单是靠一个人去完成，除了比赛的两个球队的队员们、教练员以及随队人员；也需要组织比赛的工作人员，包含裁判人员、记录台人员、协调人员、创意团队、医疗团队等来一起共同完成比赛。
However, basketball is a competitive sport, there is a team that wins and another team that loses in every game. Basketball is a team sport, so to have a basketball game; a team of participants (players of the two teams competing, the coaching team and team followers, the team of staff which include the referees, table officials, coordinators, creative team members, and medical team members) are required and expected to complete the task together.
我们会尽力在每个环节做到最好。就像教练会要求运动员在比赛中减少失误，主办方也会要求比赛的所有工作人员在工作中不要犯错。一场比赛中会出现失误是正常的，运动员会失误、裁判员也会出现误判或者漏判的情况、摄影师也会错过最佳镜头的拍摄、工作人员也会记错比赛场次等。这些失误我们需要共同努力在比赛中降低次数的。
We will try to do our best in all areas of the tournament. Just like a coach expecting her/his players to have as few turnovers as possible in a game, the organising committee expects all staff team members to commit no mistakes at work. Having turnovers (or making mistakes) in a game is normal; players will have turnovers, officials may miss some calls or call the wrong calls, photographers may miss taking the shots at their best moments, staff members may remember the wrong game times, etc. These mistakes are the things we all need to work hard together to keep them as low a number as possible.
为了能在最好的打球环境下完成比赛，希望大家互相谅解和体谅，同时我们也需要我们每一个人扮演好自己的角色，尽自己最大的努力做好自己的工作，让比赛顺利、精彩的开始、进行及结束。
To ensure the smooth operation of the games at their best, we hope we can be understanding of one another. On the other hand, we also need every one of us to play our own role as best as possible. We will do our best to do our jobs, and organise a smoothly and well-runned event.
